Separate a weight error from other validation failures. A form can also reject the wrong extension, insufficient dimensions, an expired session or an incomplete required field. For portraits, check facial detail; for screenshots, inspect text and reference numbers. A transparent signature graphic may need PNG rather than JPG because JPEG fills transparency with white.
