• Something is broken — a tool that fails, a file that will not open, a page that will not load.
• A format or a size that does not work on your device. Say which browser and which operating system, and attach nothing: a description is enough, and your files should stay with you.
• A tool you expected to find here and did not.
• A privacy request under the GDPR or a similar law. See the privacy policy for what is and is not held.
• A mistake in the wording of any page, in any of the four languages.

Before you write about a file

Please do not attach the file you are having trouble with. The tools are built so that your files never leave your device, and sending one by email would undo exactly the thing this site is for. The browser, the operating system, the format and the file size describe the problem well enough to reproduce it.
